S______ and I have done everything in our power, from reminding you of the potential harsh consequences of your actions to pleading with you to do the right thing... and yet never could we awaken in your hearts even a slumbering ember of conscience. And repeatedly we have made you aware of the terrible risks under which your actions have placed you, and of your significant liabilities.
Sadly, you have brought us to the very brink of ruin, and as of today I no longer am able to allow this to continue.
My reputation is in shambles, and you have made it almost impossible for us to conduct business. Even our friends unrelated to virtual worlds are finding your false claims and accusations about me online... and the corresponding filthy, vulgar attacks your words and actions have spawned on the Internet is a living, unending nightmare for us. You have repeatedly and maliciously attacked my dear wife in our home, in my mind the single most vile and corrupt expression of your group personality.
You all know S______ is working two jobs as the result of your actions and failures, one of them so physically difficult it involves long hours of washing dishes by hand and mopping floors. This is not right for a sweet grandmother who worked hard all her life, and placed her faith and trust and retirement savings in your hands.
I am a compassionate person, and I genuinely wish this could have been avoided. But now I must think of my wife, my family, my own reputation and future, and all my associates who remained loyal to me and who are being harmed by your actions. I am taking all steps at my disposal to regain my wife's stolen retirement money, to salvage my reputation, to regain our intellectual property, and to end your constant attacks on myself, my wife, our associates, and our business.
Please do not blame me for the unpleasant consequences of YOUR actions. You are adults who did this with will and purpose, and are solely responsible for your unfortunate poor, unethical and unprincipled actions.
As events now unfold, always remember I am merely telling the truth, and showing fidelity to those who have placed their faith and trust in me. None of you would now be in this situation had you but done the same.
For many months the above people have made, or caused to be made, or allowed to be made, malicious and false claims about us. They have acquired tens of thousands of dollars of our money, and have created publicly and in our home a nightmarish atmosphere of threats and terror in an attempt to coerce a 62-year-old grandmother (who already has lost her life savings to them) to sign over to them all her intellectual property.
This culminated Jan. 17th, 2012, in convicted Federal Felon Jeff Taylor calling the police to make false statements of harassment by this grandmother, who merely has asked repeatedly for an end to the unrelenting harassing E-mails and phone calls targeting her, and for the return of her retirement money. This was the final straw for us. This sweet lady has asked that the entire matter be made public.
These people DO NOT own our intellectual property. We are the creators and true owners, but the value of our property has been utterly destroyed by their words and actions. This week ALL relevant data, E-mails, State and Federal Documents, and more will be posted at this site.
