Alex Vaughan conned $1,400 from a grandmother. There really isn't much to say about Alex Vaughan, 23, of Whittlesey, England. He told us his computer was failing and he desperately needed a new one. The grandmother wired him $1,400 USD taken directly from her retirement savings account so he could buy a new computer.
This is the computer he used to take over her server and forums and try to steal her intellectual property, claiming it should rightfully be his.
Six months ago Grandmother sent him her phone number and asked him to call her so she could explain to him how hard she worked all her life for her retirement money and how badly he hurt her.
She is still waiting for his call.

Alex Vaughan has also been very busy distributing forum activity logs he claims prove we were causing damage to the company. He is lying, of course. What actually happened was Alex Vaughan (assisted by ex-Marine Brian Misner) betrayed our trust in him and locked us out of our own forums when both he and the other people listed on this web site began to steal our money and real and intellectual property. We were able to get into the forums through a back door and delete much of our intellectual property contained there before they could download it. Most of this property was in the form of forum posts which revealed my business strategies, staff directives and development agendas, and we deleted these rather than have this valuable proprietary information stolen.
This caused significant damage to us, but it had to be done. We have spent months re-creating this work.
As can be seen from reading this web site, these people have used for their personal gain everything they could steal, and have made false claims about ownership of our property not within their grasp. Very clearly, had we not promptly taken these actions when Alex Vaughan stole control of our server they would be using the information contained there as well.
Alex Vaughan then shut down our forums and server, taking them completely out of our control. Within a few days everything was back in our possession. We simply contacted the server provider who documented that we were the owners of record of all the property and they cooperated with us in removing Alex Vaughan and returning our property.
