We hired Andrew full time and paid him as a contractor based upon his and Brian Misner's claims about Meyer's skills in the virtual world field. These claims proved to be grossly exaggerated. Meyer stretched out the process (and thus his compensation) for many months. When pressed to actually meet his promised deadlines and deliver a usable product he instead joined with Brian Misner and others to try to steal our company, property and processes and use them to compete against us.
As a contractor this man was grossly incompetent. For many months he accepted money and claimed to be developing a virtual world platform for us. However, after we were rid of him an internal investigation revealed he had no skill in this area and had been visiting forums and asking how to do each assignment - hence the long development times for even very simple projects.
A demo he built under our direction proved to be so poorly created that it was completely useless as a marketing tool. To compound the problems, Meyer publicly stated it was actually his property and we "stole it" from him.
This man stole ANYTHING that came into his possession. He had access to our avatar, developed by us during a long, expensive six-month process and valued at $100,000. Meyer had this in his possession and claimed it was his property.
He even made threats against us for using screen captures of our own property, claiming these were his.
Andrew Meyer is the only person we want criminally prosecuted. His actions, dishonesty and betrayal were so gross and malicious it defies belief.
However, the saddest commentary about this man is his utter lack of conscience. Despite limited funds coming from our retirement savings, when we learned his daughter is severely handicapped we began sending him an extra $200 each month, explaining we wanted this to go to help his daughter. When he was exposed for stealing from us, we asked him if this care and compassion for his child meant nothing to him. He said it did not.
Andrew Meyer laughed and said her care is incredibly expensive and the government pays for it all. He said he didn't need or value anything we gave her.
Although initially the conspirators like Frank Whiting and Jim Shaer claimed that Andrew Meyer would be building "their" world, the man has no capacity for this work. Our new developers can produce in 48 hours more than he completed in six months. And the last we heard of Andrew Meyer he was trolling forums offering to do "free work" if someone would give him the chance.
Good thing the government (meaning you) pays for his daughter's "incredibly expensive care."
FOR THE LEGAL RECORD: We will aggressively pursue our claims of ownership of all work Andrew Meyer may do for any competing virtual world or online, real-time virtual simulation business or project, as it is built on our equipment and software, uses our intellectual property, and is built upon technologies, experience and training he gained while he was in our employ and under our direction and guidance. We also will make claims, to the maximum extent of civil law, to any work done using equipment and software stolen from us by Andrew Meyer and Brian Misner, and under the control of and in use by Andrew Meyer.
Validation: Our bank records, Wells Fargo Bank records, and IRS records all prove Andrew Meyer received this money from the grandmother's bank account. Our bank records also prove the purchases made by Brian Misner came from the grandmother's bank account, and in many cases purchase records show the delivery was directly to Andrew Meyer. The avatar was built by two staff members who will testify (backed by bank payment records of thousands of dollars) that they built the avatars for us, were paid directly by the grandmother, and they are NOT the property of Andrew Meyer or Vonira.

Andrew Meyer, aka Ceashure, defrauded a grandmother of $16,000 cash and stole well in excess of $100,000 of software, computer components, and intellectual property.
Andrew Meyer was brought to our firm by Brian Misner. When he joined us he was working in computer forensics for OnTheRock Engineering, LLC, LaGrange, KY, owned and operated by James A. Skees, P.E.
Pictured at right: Feb. 22, 2012... Far from "building a virtual world" for Frank Whiting and Jim Shaer, Andrew Meyer aka Ceashure is trolling to do freebie work for a competing virtual world company, even as he speculates about what the owner "did to him" in the past, specifically having his PayPal account banned.
