This is not a hate site, and there is a very good reason we have opted not to use our names or the name of our company. For the last six months the people listed on this web site have launched a nonstop attack on us, our company, our staff, our investors, and our associates.
After gaining our trust and joining our firm, Frank Whiting, Jim Shaer and Brian Misner began to systematically bring in more people who together with them attempted to steal our company and our intellectual property, and did steal virtually our entire life savings, including the retirement earnings of a 62-year-old grandmother which reflects 26 years of work with General Electric.
When we uncovered an apparent attempt to steal a massive amount of money from investors, we took action to bring in new management to get the company back to professional standards and to stop the hemorrhaging of money. At this time these people and their supporters, some of whom are listed on this web site, simply started grabbing everything they could and publicly claiming it belonged to them.
Things did not go as well as they had hoped. Only one of the people, Jeff Taylor, is an experienced criminal. The rest can be described, at best, as bumbling. They apparently did not grasp that our bank records along with government documents such as trademark applications would prove our ownership. While they did steal an incredible amount of money, they fell on their faces when they attempted to use our intellectual property. Using bank records we quickly established our ownership, and working with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and other entities we quickly shut down most of their operations.
We then formed a new company, took our existing team and augmented them with new people who possessed the skills these conspirators lacked, and moved ahead with our productions. This might have marked the end of this unfortunate episode had these people not embarked on a vendetta against us. They still believe they can get money from investors by claiming ownership of our property. And through some strange and twisted reasoning, they believe they can augment their position by attacking us and our new company.
Their methods of doing so are truly bizarre. They use a Facebook page and some poorly made videos on YouTube in which they claim that after careful legal review they are the true owners of our property. This is so comical and absurd it would be funny if it were not for the very real damage it has caused us. This is why we created this web site. Our goal is not to attack or insult or discredit anyone. Our goal is simply to stop their attacks upon us and present the actual chain of events documented by their own words and in many cases corroborating government documents.
We have left off our names because we do not want to fan the flames or feed their attacks on us.
